Here at Biggards Dog Kennels, we are a family owned business, with a very high standard to please all of our customers. We are located on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Caldbeck. In this company, we strive to give our customers the best possible experience for an end result of happy customers. We cater to all different dog sizes, breeds and temperaments, so please do not hesitate to give us a call!

Biggards dog kennels is located on a family owned farm on the outskirts of Caldbeck, Cumbria. Here we have beautiful spacious land in which your dog will enjoy walks and fresh air. we also have a spacious pen where your dog will enjoy running around and playing. Inside the kennels, the run area and sleeping area are completely seperate, but your dog can choose which side they'd like to go in, allowing your dog more space. Our kennels are fully equipped to keep the kennels warm during the cold weather, using individual heat lamps for each kennel, plus air curtain heaters throughout the building, and then for the warm weather, and air conditioning recirculating system. 

The site is fitted with a full CCTV system, both inside and outside of the building, as well as around the grounds for added safety.

Our Staff at Biggards Dog Kennels have very good experience with looking after dogs and animals. Upon arrival, our staff will take a little time to get to know your dog/dogs, and build up trust with the dog/dogs, to ensure their stay with us is more relaxed and homely. 

After a booking has been made, upon arrival as the owner of the dog, you will be asked to fill out one of our registering forms. You will also be asked to present your dogs vaccinating cards, this is for the health of your own dog as well as other customers. Please find details of the vaccination requirements on the 'Terms and Conditions' Page. 

Once all the details have been exchanged, we will settle your dog into one of our kennels, in which then they will be fed as instructed by yourself. We take the dogs on 2 walks each per day, using our beautiful spacious land (around 30 minutes), we do 'toilet breaks' early morning, midday and before bed, and in the late afternoon we use the outdoor pen for play time.
